Lake Oswego Transitional Shelter Ministry (LOTSM)

Opportunity to connect and serve:
Volunteers provide direct support services to the guest families during revolving 2-week periods; currently this works out to approx. 6 shifts per year. Volunteers are trained and monitored to work with guest families to encourage their self-sufficiency goals and support their transition toward independence. The time spent by individual volunteers supporting guest families varies widely and is based upon the availability, willingness, and skill set of the volunteers.
