A connectional opportunity for men to gather for this festive traditional event to enjoy fellowship, seasonal music, a shared meal, and hear an inspiring talk by the Rev. Dr. Brian Craker on the topic: “Still Walking in Joseph’s Sandals: Advent's Man of Faith”.
Last year, we journeyed in the steps of Joseph as he found his way from Bethlehem to Nazareth and back to Bethlehem for Mary’s miraculous birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. This year, we retrace Joseph’s path as a new father raising the child Emmanuel to his dedication at the temple, the arrival of the wisemen, fleeing his young family to Egypt, before their eventual return to Nazareth. Join us as we explore the historical and cultural background of Advent’s Man of Faith.
