At Lake Grove, we have an advisory committee for Session looking for ways to make our church home a welcoming place for everyone. One important step in that process is to understand any barriers to inclusion that you or your loved one have experienced.
In Scripture, we find at least 7 barriers to inclusion:
*Physical / structural barriers
*Barriers to children and youth
*Barriers to the elderly
*Physical/ mental health challenge, difference, or disability
*Gender and sexuality
*Ethnicity
*Economic conditions
There may, of course, be others not listed here.
How can our church family make room for you at the table? Please meet with us to tell your story, as we all strive toward radical hospitality Jesus desires for us! Contact:

As Christians, we desire to have loving and faithful conversations informed by Scripture and conducted with grace, truth, and mutual forbearance. To help us to engage in faithful conversations, even in times of disagreement, the Inclusion Committee of our church offers these helpful conversation guidelines from the Presbyterian Peacemaking Program.
