We are excited to announce we will be reopening our sanctuary for in-person gatherings in April!  Our hope is that the preparation and prayer that has been put towards gathering in our space again would allow as many of us as possible to come together for in-person worship.

Starting April 25, we will offer one modified in-person Sunday worship gathering for 50 attendees at 9:30 AM. Additionally, Fellowship Hall will be available for limited in-person youth and children’s gatherings starting in April.

We realize that not everyone is ready to attend in-person and we will still be providing a great Livestream experience online at 9:30 and 11 AM on Sunday mornings.

What to Expect:
We are committed to gathering safely while continuing to monitor guidelines and best practices.  That is why our Sunday gatherings have been designed to create a touch-free environment including physical distancing, no corporate singing, enhanced sanitation efforts, and reduced capacity in our facility.

Physical Distancing & Masks
In keeping with state guidelines for church gatherings, our in-person gatherings will have reduced capacity and will be available through a registration system only.  To reduce close contact with other attendees, we will provide clear signage, dedicated entrances and exits, and appropriately spaced seating.  Masks are required at Lake Grove, even if you have been vaccinated.  If you forget to bring a mask, we will provide a disposable one for you before entering the building.

Sanitization
Cleaning of our building will continue to take place at or above all guidelines set forth by the CDC, OSHA, and OHA.  Including but not limited to all surfaces in the Sanctuary, lobby, restrooms, and any other high touch surfaces.  Additionally, hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the building for your use.  We are also monitoring our HVAC system to filter the air throughout the building at all times.

Touch-Free Environment
Our staff has worked to ensure that gatherings are as touch-free as possible.  You will not be asked to open doors, sign friendship pads, open a hymnal, pass offering plates or shake hands.  Additionally, we are suspending our coffee service for the time being.

Staying Healthy

To keep you, our staff, and all guests safe, we are following Oregon Health Authority guidelines.  If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home and join us online.  Additionally, while at Lake Grove, we ask that you wear a mask, wash your hands and use hand sanitizer often and maintain a distance of six feet between yourself and others with who you do not live in the same household.

We realize that not everyone is ready to attend in-person and we will still be providing a great Livestream experience online at 9:30 and 11 AM on Sunday mornings.  You can join us via the Website or YouTube.

We know this has been a unique season that continues to require a great deal of flexibility. As a staff, we are encouraged to be reopening for in-person gatherings and look forward to gathering together for Worship.  If you have any questions, please email .
