Inclusion Committee: Making Room for Everyone at the Table
At Lake Grove we have an advisory committee for Session looking for ways to make our church home a welcoming place for everyone. One important step in that process is to understand any barriers to inclusion that you or your loved one have experienced.
In Scripture, we find at least 7 barriers to inclusion:
*Physical / structural barriers
*Barriers to children and youth
*Barriers to the elderly
*Physical/ mental health challenge, difference or disability
*Gender and sexuality
There may, of course, be others not listed here.
